Donna Truitt graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia with two degrees in Music and one in Education. She has been teaching, both in schools and privately, for over 20 years.

In 1993, Donna purchased her first Dalmatian and has been in love with the breed ever since. Two years later, Anticipation Dalmatians Kennel was formed. Over the years, Anticipation Dalmatians has finished 11 Champions, earned 7 Obedience titles, and 23 Agilty titles. Two dogs of our breeding were ranked in the Conformation Top 20 Dalmatians in the country. Top 10 status has been earned for several of our dogs in Obedience and Agility.

We have a breeding program that we are quite proud of with Dalmatians being shown in Conformation, Obedience and Agility. But more importantly, we pride ourselves on producing Dalmatians who will become great companions.

Currently, Donna teaches and runs the Pianissimo Studio for piano instruction, teaches dog obedience and agility classes, and breeds, trains and shows her Dalmatians.
